By creating a raccooned account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service. It's a simple as that.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of raccooned after changes means you accept the new terms.

raccooned is an AI-powered productivity platform. Raccooned.ai acts as your persistent AI partner — remembering context, handling tasks, and helping you get things done.
raccooned is a tool. How you use it is your responsibility. We don't control what you ask Raccooned.ai to do, what files you share, or what decisions you make based on Raccooned.ai's input.
You agree NOT to use raccooned to:
Your content: You own everything you create, upload, or share through raccooned. We don't claim any ownership over your conversations, files, or data.
raccooned content: The raccooned platform, trademarks, logos, and original design elements are owned by raccooned / Raccooned. You don't get to copy or use them without permission.
AI-generated content: Content generated by Raccooned.ai (text, code, summaries, etc.) is yours to use as you see fit, subject to these terms.

If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these terms, we don't owe you a refund.
raccooned is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.

Raccooned.ai is an AI — sometimes it makes mistakes, gives outdated information, or produces imperfect output. raccooned is not a substitute for professional advice in areas like law, medicine, or finance. Use your judgment, and when in doubt, verify.
raccooned may link to external websites or integrate with third-party services (like Stripe for payments). We don't control those services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of raccooned at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
You can cancel your account anytime through the dashboard or by emailing hello@raccooned.com. We'll retain your data for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it permanently (unless required otherwise by law).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to notify you first, but can't guarantee it in all cases.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, EU. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
